The Pumphouse – the alternative Aldeburgh Festival

Ollie Platt Events is delighted to be back at The Pumphouse again this year, serving a selection of drinks appropriate to each night of the festival from our renowned, well-loved, and the fully licensed Frank’s Bar (and providing some general event management support whenever needed).

This alternative Aldeburgh Festival takes place during the weekends of the main, original Aldeburgh Festival. Running 9th-25th June, it hosts music from stoner rock to high paced klezmer, plus comedy, poetry and theatre in a disused Victoria pumping station on the Aldeburgh marshes. The atmosphere is relaxed and the drinks flow… Alongside Frank’s Bar, food will also be available throughout the evenings, with a delicious range of dishes created by the Fire Station Coffee Roasters from Woodbridge,

To find the Pumphouse, go south to the end of Aldeburgh High Street, turn right into Park Road, and then turn left directly after Pegg’s Engineers. Parking is free.
